ABOUT THE PRACTICE

A studio built around the model, not the drawing.

BIM Muhandis started from a simple complaint heard on too many sites: drawings that didn't agree with each other. We build one coordinated model per project instead — every discipline checked against every other before a wall goes up.

The team works from concept through construction administration, embedded with architects, contractors and MEP engineers rather than handed a set of PDFs after the fact.
